Watta.si hookahs are guaranteed for 2 years.
When does the warranty start?
From the moment of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
What is included in the warranty service?
— exchange for a similar product without extra charge;
— exchange for a comparable product with a surcharge;
— return of the goods and refund
What products are covered by the warranty?
Only goods with non-mechanical damage and manufacturing defects are subject to warranty. The component that has failed is to be replaced. If it is impossible to replace any component of the product to ensure its operability, the entire product is to be replaced.
In what cases will the warranty service be denied?
In the event of overheating, excessive cooling of the product or mechanical damage to the product through no fault of the seller. In addition, the warranty service will be denied in the event of a deliberate destruction of the product.
Exchange and return policy:
What are the terms for exchange and return of proper quality products?
Within 14 days from the date of purchase the buyer has the right to refuse the goods of proper quality if:— the product has not been put into operation and has a marketable state, and there are documents that prove the purchase of the product
— the buyer has the right to exchange the goods of proper quality for another commercial offer of this product, or another product that is identical in value, or another product with a surcharge or refund of the difference in price.
If the product of proper quality has already been in use, i.e. has become a used product, the seller has the right to refuse the return of certain types of goods due to the fact that these are personal consumption products
How are products of poor quality exchanged and returned?
If the buyer finds defects in the product after its purchase, he/she has the right to request a replacement from the seller. The replacement is to be made within 7 days from the date of the claim. If a conformity assessment is required, the exchange is to be made within 45 days.
Refunds
What is the refund period?
— In the case of cash payments, the refund is made at the cash desk no later than 10 days after the buyer submits a request for a refund;— In the case of a non-cash payment, the goods value is credited to the customer's banking card immediately after receiving the request from the buyer;
— When using electronic payment systems, the refund is made to the electronic account within 10 days.
