General Terms & Conditions
The general terms and conditions of the Watta.si web shop are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on recommendations by GZS and international e-business policy.
The Watta.si web shop (hereinafter referred to as “web shop”) is managed by Diamod in d.o.o., the provider of services related to adult welbeeing and entertainment products (hereinafter referred to as “provider”). Upon registration, the visitor receives a username (identical to said visitor’s e-mail address) and a password. The username and password define the user unambiguously and associate the user with the information entered. By registering, the visitor becomes a customer and acquires the right to make a purchase.
The general terms and conditions further treat the web shop’s conduct, user rights and business relationship between the provider and the customer.
Privacy Policy
The Diamond in d.o.o. company is committed to always provide the following information to the customer:
a) The identity of the company (the company name and headquarters, registry number),
b) Contact data, which enables a quick and efficient form of communication for the user (e-mail, phone),
c) Key features of goods i.e. services (including sales services and warranties),
d) Product accessibility (each product or service that is offered in the web shop should be accessible within a reasonable period of time),
e) Terms of product delivery and service execution (method, location and period of time),
f) All prices have to be displayed clearly and unambiguously and have to clearly show whether the prices include tax and / or delivery,
g) The method of payment and delivery,
h) The duration of the validity of the offer,
i) The time limit in which the user can withdraw from the contract and terms of withdrawal; furthermore, from if and how much the product return can amount to for the customer,
j) Procedure explanation in cases of appeal, including, but not limited to, all data pertaining to the contact person or support.đ+
Protection of personal data
The provider, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA-1-UPB1) is committed to protecting the personal data of its users.
For business needs the provider gathers the following information:

password in encrypted form, and other data that users enter into forms on our website.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the users.
For the purposes of ensuring security we also collect IP addresses from which users access the site. Each user is assigned at the beginning of the visit session cookie for identification and monitoring of the shopping cart. The provider can, among other cookies, store on your computer other things such as the identification number of a user in an encrypted form (to identify the user’s next visit), review articles (that you know which items you already rated) and cookies of Google Analytics (analysis of website visits).
All information, except cookies are stored on the server permanently. Session cookies are stored in server memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, permanent cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer.
Manager can use the data in anonymised summary form for purposes of statistical analysis. The provider will in no case hand over the users data to unauthorized persons. Delivery service (eg. Post of Slovenia) will be entrusted only with a user’s shipping address and telephone number (if needed).
Data which the provider collects and processes will be disclosed only if such liability is determined by law or in the good faith that such action is necessary for the proceedings before courts or other state authorities as well as to protect and promote the legitimate interests.
User is also responsible for the protection of personal data in a way that ensures the security of his e-mail address, username and password, and the appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect their computer.
Prices and product range
All prices on this site are processed in EUR and include VAT (value added tax). The seller is a taxable person. All prices are valid directly from the award of purchase and do not have a set in advance validity.

Purchase Procedure
I. Select your product: On the website www.watta.si select the product and click on the "Add to cart" button. The system notifies you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. To continue shopping, click on the left link "Continue shopping" and return to the online store. To complete your purchase, click the "Complete Purchase" on the right and the system will take you to the shopping cart.
II. Remove a product from the shopping cart: On the website www.watta.si, in the upper right corner, there is a shopping cart icon, in which (after clicking on the icon) the user can see the products that were added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store. Should the user want to remove a certain product from the shopping cart, they must click on the cart icon and then click on the cross for "remove". If the user wants to add a specific product to the cart, they must click on the link "Continue shopping". Clicking on the mentioned link takes you back to the online store.
III. Shopping Cart: You must fill in the required fields to complete your order.

Delivery address: You must provide the required contact information, marked with a red asterisk (name, surname, e-mail address, address, town/city, postal code and telephone number), which we need to confirm and complete the order, and deliver the product. The form allows a user account to be created and user data is already saved on the next order.

Payment methods: You can choose between the following payment methods: cash on delivery, pro forma invoice, Paypal payment or payment card.

Coupons and gift cards: If the user has a valid discount coupon or gift card, they should enter it in the appropriate field and click the confirm button.

Order overview: The products that the user has added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store are displayed. The price of the product, the delivery charges, the value of VAT and the total cost of payment are shown in the shopping cart before the order is completed.
IV. Completion of the order: The user can check the submitted delivery information, the selected payment method and the contents of the shopping cart. The user confirms the order by clicking on the "Place your order" button. If the order was successfully completed, the following text will appear on the website. "Your order was successful. Thank you for your purchase! Your order number is: xxxx. ''
Delivery Time
For in-stock items, delivery takes from 3-5 work days. For items that are not in stock, the delivery is 15 days after purchase order entry. In cases of longer delivery time, the custom will be informed about the estimated delivery date by e-mail
Purchase Cancellation and Return Policy
The customer, who enters into a long-distance contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, has the right to inform the provider in 14 days time that he/she intends to withdraw from the contract, without referencing any particular reason. The customer must inform the provider with a written notice about the intended return, at the very latest in 14 days time from receiving the items by post (Diamond in d.o.o., Žnidarčičeva ulica 7a, 5290 Šempeter pri Gorici) or by e-mailing info@watta.si. The item(s) must be returned to the provider’s address in 30 days time after the notification regarding withdrawal. The customer is solely responsible for the item return costs. The provider is not legally bound to accept consigned packages or packages that do not correspond to the general terms and conditions. In cases of delivery at the expense of the provider, the customer is obligated to return the delivery costs, as stated in the Post of Slovenia’s valid price list.
The items must be returned undamaged, unused, in unchanged quantities and in their original, undamaged packaging, unless the items are destroyed, damaged, lost or changed in quantity, unbeknownst to the customer. A copy of the original receipt must be enclosed.
The provider will execute the payment refund as soon as possible, at the very latest in 30 days time from receiving the contract withdrawal notice. Payment returns are executed to the customer’s checking account.
Entering into a Long Distance Contract
Contracts are signed in Slovene and are archived in the company’s headquarters. The customer may demand a copy of the contract via the contact address of the provider (Diamond in d.o.o., Žnidarčičeva ulica 7a, 5290 Šempeter pri Gorici) or contact e-mail (info@watta.si). A fee of 5€ is charged for copies of contracts (orders, receipts, delivery notes) older than one year.
Warranty
Items have a valid warranty if so stated in the warranty or receipt. The warranty is valid for items under the proper conduct and upon presenting a valid receipt. The warranty periods are stated in the warranties and receipts.
Information regarding the warranty is also stated on the product presentation page. If there is no information about the warranty, the items do not have one or the information is currently unavailable. For the latter; the customer may contact the provider, who will provide the customer with current information
Delivery
The provider will deliver the item(s) and / or service within the given time period. The partner for package delivery is;
Post of Slovenia (http://www.posta.si/seznam-dokumentov/799/Informativni-ceniki).
The provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if the chosen service will help the provider deliver the item(s) faster. The delivery service will deliver the item(s) in accordance with its working hours (also Saturdays). Most packages will be delivered the next working day after shipping the ordered item(s), mostly in forenoon time.
Delivery in Slovenia:
Delivery costs amount to 2.54€ per package. For purchases above 150€, delivery is free of charge.
For each PAYMENT ON DELIVERY, Post of Slovenia charges a fee of 1.05€ (UPN forms) for packages of above 100 EUR and 0.74€ for payment. The total amounts to 1.79€. Costs are not included in the prices of items and the customer is obligated to pay the costs to the Post of Slovenia.
Delivery Abroad:
Packages are also sent outside of Slovenia in accordance with the price list for International Delivery, part of Post of Slovenia services.
Delivery costs are valid regardless of the order amount, also exceeding purchases above 150€.
Packages that are shipped abroad are charged in accordance with the price list of the contractual partner. Expenses for individual countries and package weight are listed below.

Return of goods
Within 30 days after the goods were accepted by the consumer, the customer has the right to report (info@watta.si) to withdraw from the contract without having to state a reason for its decision. The deadline shall commence one day after the date of acquisition. The only cost to the customer for the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the filed notice of withdrawal.
The customer must return the product to the seller undamaged and in the same amount, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity is reduced, without the fault of the consumer. Customer may not freely use the products until the withdraw from the contract.
In the case of a withdrawal, where a discount code or promotional code was used, these assets are considered as discount and will not be returned to the user. The user will only be refunded the amount paid.
Repayment of payments will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the notification of withdrawal. Payment refund to the customer will be made by bank transfer to their bank account.
If you noticed upon the delivery that the item or consignment is physically damaged, it lacks content, or is showing signs of opening, you can file a compensation process for the Post of Slovenia.
Product liability
The provider is liable for defects, mistakes and errors that the product had, when danger or defect came to customer, regardless the customer knew about that. The provider is also liable for other errors, mistakes, defects, that are shown after the danger or defect came to customer, if they are the consequence of a cause that existed before that. Small or insignificant error, mistake or defect is not taken into account.
Security
The provider is committed to permanently protect all personal data of the customer.
The provider will use the personal data only for purchase orders (sending information pamphlets, offers, receipts) and other necessary communication.
The customer’s user data will not be, in any case, given to third party members.
The user himself / herself is responsible for protecting their personal data by securing their username and password.
Exclusion from liability
We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel placed orders that have been affected by a technical error. In the event of order cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps. You must ensure adequate protection of equipment (antivirus, etc.) before accessing and using the website. The customer must ensure the appropriate security and confidentiality of the information used to log in to the website (email address, password).
Discharge from Obligation
The provider will commit to providing both current and correct data on their web page. However, the characteristics of the item, delivery time or price may change in such a period of time that the provider may not manage to correct the information on the web page. In such cases, the provider will inform the customer about the changes and offer a discharge from obligation or an item substitution.
Although the provider makes sure to present accurate images of the products available for purchase, these images should be considered symbolic. Photographs may not represent the item’s characteristics.
Complaints and Disputes
The provider will respect the current consumer protection legislature. It has established an effective system of processing complaints. In case of difficulties, the customer may contact the provider by phone or e-mail and lodge their complaint.
The provider will confirm having received the complaint within five working days and will inform the customer on the duration of processing. The provider will also constantly inform the customer about the process.
The provider is aware that the fundamental characteristic of a consumer dispute, as far as the court is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and costs, which arise during the process of solving the dispute. Ti is also a hurdle for the consumer not to start legal proceedings. The provider is therefore committed to solve eventual disputes in a reasonable manner.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any performer of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as responsible for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. Diamond in d.o.o., which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the online dispute resolution platform for consumers (ODRP). The platform is available to consumers at the link HERE.
The above regulation derives from the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council on the online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.
